Mother’s Day Printables and Printable Cards

It’s one week from Mother’s Day! To make life easier in the classroom, I have put together a Mother’s Day Printables pack with printable cards. Sometimes we run out of time and suddenly Mother’s Day is upon us! I find having a printable option makes it easy to create meaningful gifts for mom.

Mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, step-moms, and all mother figures deserve to be celebrated and loved. You will find lots of ideas to make Mother’s Day memorable and special. I created this Mother’s Day Printables pack to provide you with 86 pages of activities, and printable cards and quotes for mom. Ideas are below!

All About My Mom Printable

This first idea is an All About My Mom page. For younger children, you can ask the questions out loud and write the answers for them. Older children can write their own answers. I included a version for All About my mom, grandmother, step-mom, aunt, cousin, sister, and a blank version. My students come up with some heart-felt and hilarious answers. Moms are sure to cherish these keepsakes. Your students can also draw a picture of them with their mom.

Wishes for My Mom Printable

The next activity included in the Mother’s Day Printables pack is “Wishes for My Mom.” It is SO SWEET to hear what children say they wish for their mothers. Included is a wishes for my mom, step-mom, grandmother, aunt, cousin, sister, and a blank version.

I Love You, Mom Craftivities

I love Craftivities, and children’s hand prints are such a precious keepsake. There are two different craftivities included in this Mother’s Day Printables pack. The first one says “I love you, Mom!” and comes with I love you Grandma/step-mom/aunt/cousin/sister/blank versions as well. The stems are already on the page. You will put washable paint on your student’s hand, and press their hands above the stems to make hand print flowers. For an added detail, the children can add fingerprints around the hand print flowers to make flower petals.

Potted Flower Craftivity

The next craftivity in this Mother’s Day Printables pack is a flower pot craftivity. The idea is similar to the one above, except your children will place hand prints above an empty flower pot. The flower pot has a Mother’s Day poem on it. Included are color and black/white versions.

Printable Coloring Pages

Included as well are printable coloring pages. The pages come in black and white so that your students can color them in. The pack includes 5 different coloring pages. An example of one of the coloring pages is below!

Mother’s Day Printable Cards

Who doesn’t love a printable card?! I recommend printing these cards on cardstock, but regular copy paper works as well. You will want to cut each sheet in half, then fold horizontally (or hamburger style) to fold the card. I recommend purchasing large envelopes for these cards. The inside of the cards are blank to give your students the chance to practice writing letters!

Mother’s Day Portraits and Quotes

This last feature includes Mother’s Day printable portrait pages, and printable quotes. The printable portrait pages include black and white and color versions. I recommend printing the portrait pages on cardstock for durability, but normal copy paper works well too. The portraits are intended for your students to draw a portrait of their mother, or them with their mother. Also, I recommend printing the printable quotes on either cardstock or photo paper.
